The Hygrometer (AQI BOARD)

The Hygrometer (AQI BOARD) Play "Mirage" by "Creepy Nuts" to see this post. Man, getting a 110mm glass piece is not easy. Goddamn. So I ended up making it 125mm. Youtube video of the real thing: Hygrometer This project is on Instagram highlights by "\ h.l_Kal /" on @ro_h_bots Anyways, we have it here. The GREATEST hygrometer you will ever need for your 3D printer filament storage box—or better yet, for my room. This one was made to look extraordinarily beautiful in my room on a board which will house: Hygrometer Thermometer AQI Meter VOC Meter Here's the interactive 3D of it. I am impressed by the rendering of the glass on it as well! I hope you can load it. That glass was hard to model and adjust for this web graphics model.  An Interactive 3D View of The Full System Assembly  (Electronics Omitted) The Face So the face as shown below was a result of the inspiration I go...

So this one was made for my solder table. The ones available were made with planned obsolescene in mind. Those rats made it to break. My harshest words for them does not suit this blog so I will refrain from using them for now.

So here's an interactive 3D model of the entire assembly along with just the main device without the stand.

As you can see
ITS AMAZING! BEAUTIFUL! JUST BEAUTIFUL

Socrates' four divine madness flows inside me when I see this in my table. It propels me forward with an unstoppable force to making things I would love.

* Prophetic Madness (Apollo)
* Ritual / Telestic Madness (Dionysus)
* Poetic Madness (The Muses)
* Erotic Madness / Love (Aphrodite & Eros)

ALL OF THEM

The Insides

The insides are quite simple. A fan, a potentiometer and a switch hooked to a ESP32S3. This way the fan is controlled via PWM. Though the features this solder fume extractor boasts are something else.

I made the cover entirely magnetic snap in place to make sure the filter can ble chnaged within a few seconds. The main body is one single piece with embedded nuts and magnets.
The fan is protected on both sides with custom grills to make sure the filter or fingers dont find themselves in its way.

The side of the solder fume extractors have two metal washers super glued to make sure the stand's interface layer does not damage the plastic on this beautiful machine.

The potentiometer has 7 cycles not 1 because all I had were very precise pots here.

I especially love the magnetic clasp it makes when you close it. The fan I used in this was a Arctic P14 Pro.

Below I gave an exploded assembly model to interact with to see how the entire thing is made and what parts it takes to make this assembly of a solder fume extractor.

The Stand

The stand is in works but the first concept looks like this below. I will simplfy it more and make sure its non intrusive and way more simpler.

(Concep 2 To be updated...)

That's it! I hope you liked the designs, and don't forget to comment below if you have something to say about this device.

Have a nice day
